EDIT 5/3/2010: added detail to the wing edges and bird to help them stand out more, changed face and hair to be a little more proportionally correct, tweaked the facial expression to look less awkward

Lots of experimentation with new brushes as well as making some of my own. Had to backtrack several times on the background partway through to redo several elements.

Back to homework! :la::la::la:

Lovely! I really love her wings, the feathers look so soft. Her expression is really sweet too, she looks so gentle. The folds in her clothes look really nice too. And then bonus background waterfalls! Me likes much. :heart:

The character's anatomy is great, and I love how you shaded her. My only crit is that her hair could be softened up a bit more, it looks a tad rough. Otherwise I think everything looks gorgeous.
