EDIT2 (12/28/07): decided to take some time to spruce it up. recreated the background and vastly changed the skin tones. there's still some things i dont like about it, like the skirt and awkward pose, but at this point those are almost unfixable.

EDIT: e_e forgot to flip her horizontally. i always have my characters facing left when i draw them, even if i intend them to be facing the other direction in the end. her stuff should be on the correct side of her body now.

gaaaaaaah i cant stand to work on this picture anymore @_@ few weeks ago i found a FF10 shiva sketch that i did about half a year ago but never finished, so i decided to finish it up. took alot longer than i wanted to, ive spent more time on it than i could keep track of x_x once i got to the skirt and background i really started to lose motivation and will, so they look kinda crappy and hastily done. some parts of her outfit were left out too. maybe someday ill come back to it, but for now im done with it.
